Delivery of the set :
Access to the performance spot should allow access for a 16 m long semi-truck
& 4.3m high.
Organisation should provide a location to park the truck for the duration
of the stay. This should be secured or locked.
Thanks to provide a plan of the theatre (for the height) and a phone contact
for our truck driver.
Description of the set:
1 scaffolding structure of varying heights on which the artists evolve.( 7.50m
length by 3.30m width / 1300kgs on 12 support points )
1 trampoline in front of the structure( 5.20m length by 3m width )
1 swinging trapeze in front of the trampoline
The stage:
The stage should be absolutely flat. ( 0%)
Minimum dimension 14m by 14m
The side walls, if they are black, should be left uncovered. If they are not
black, black curtains should be installed. The back of the stage should also
be black with and opening in the center, opening onto a space to allow quick
costume changes.
Black curtains and black screen for the front of the stage.
Dance floor covering all stage surface. Precautions have been taken to protect
this from the structure's weight damage.
Clearance under the grid 8.50m minimum. A scaff tower should be available
to allow for the setting of lights at this height.
2 fixed points on the grid for the trapeze bar. Each point with a 750kg CMU
resistance. The trapeze bar is to be set at 7.20m.
4 fixed points placed laterally for rigging the trapeze bar. Each point with
a 300 kg CMU resistance. Ideally these points should be placed at 6.20 m.
1 lateral fixed point on the grid (stage left ) in order to attach the security
longe with a 250 kg CMU resistance. And a fixation on the ground ( stage left
)in order to attach the security longe with a 250 kg CMU resistance.
1 lateral fixed point ( stage right ) in the grid in order to attach a gym
mat with a 50 kg CMU resistance. And another fixed point in the stage right
wings for the mat command having at least the same resistance.
1 water source near stage and a pallet truck in order to fill the ballast
for the set ( plastic drums filled with water ).
Please provide some tape for the dance floor and aluminium tape for the lights

Please provide office space for the administrator with internet access. The office can be in the dressing room.

The technical paper is an integer part of the contract. It must be signed at the same time
